Kylie Wahl, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management student, is serving as a Marketing Intern with Go Duck Media. During the internship, Wahl will gain practical experience in graphic design, marketing strategy development, content creation, and the execution of marketing initiatives while supporting ongoing projects and team operations.

The internship provides Wahl with an opportunity to apply classroom learning in a professional setting while developing career-ready skills in marketing, communication, and business strategy.

This opportunity was created through outreach and partnership efforts with the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce, which has promoted the value of internships and experiential learning among its member organizations.

“Strong partnerships with local employers and community organizations are essential to student success,” said Susan Wood, Director of Career and Professional Development at WVU Tech. “We appreciate the Chamber’s continued support in helping connect our students with meaningful experiential learning opportunities that benefit both students and regional businesses.”

Through collaborations with Chamber member organizations like Go Duck Media, WVU Tech continues to expand opportunities for students to gain professional experience, build industry connections, and prepare for long-term career success before graduation.
