As a result of inclement weather in the surrounding
area, West Virginia University Institute of Technology will be on a two-hour delay for December 5, 2025.

Tech will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 5.
All classes prior to 10:00 a.m. on December 5, 2025 will be canceled. Classes will resume at 10:00 a.m.
Employees designated as essential should report to campus for their normal
shifts. Employees designated as non-essential will begin work at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 5.
Employees who work remotely or on a hybrid schedule should not begin work until
10:00 a.m. Friday, December 5, 2025.
The
University is scheduled to resume normal operations at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 5; however, officials will continue to closely monitor reports from
the National Weather Service, as well as state, local and campus conditions.
