Dr. Rahul Chaudhari’s teaching interests include construction estimating, plan reading and quantity takeoff, structural systems, MEP systems, construction equipment and methods, construction law and contract administration, project management, and emerging construction technologies, with an emphasis on connecting fundamental concepts with practical industry applications. His research broadly focuses on improving construction productivity, safety, and sustainability through construction workforce development, human factors, construction operations, and the effective adoption and implementation of emerging technologies.
