U.S. Congressman Ro Khanna and STEM industry experts visit WVU Tech

U.S. Congressman Ro Khanna, of California’s 17th Congressional District, met with STEM industry experts and WVU System representatives on Monday, April 23 in Beckley to hear about how we are moving West Virginia forward.

With a strong background in entrepreneurship and innovation, Congressman Khanna and industry visitors shared ideas for how to strengthen and expand the pipeline of STEM professionals in West Virginia to ensure a platform for growth in these important and economy-boosting industries.

WVU Tech students had a chance to share their research with Congressman Khanna, industry leaders and other campus guests.
