Facultivities graphic - Facultivities is a regular story that features the work of WVU Tech faculty

WVU Tech’s faculty members are dedicated to the advancement of the fields they teach. Outside of the classroom they’re researchers, writers, presenters, go-to experts and road warriors who share their passion for learning with the world.

Here’s what our faculty members have been up to:

Dr. Alecia Barbour (Music) had her article “'For the Good of Our Country:' Ruth Watanabe and the 'Good that is in Music' at the Santa Anita Detention Center" published in Notes: the Quarterly Journal of the Library Association.

Dr. Yan Liu (Management) had a paper entitled "Linking Authentic Leadership to Subordinate Behaviors" accepted for publication in  Leadership & Organization Development Journal.

Dr. Hasan El-Rifai (Chemistry) traveled to Jordan, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar and Lebanon as part of an international recruitment effort.
