It’s a great time to be at WVU Tech. There’s tremendous academic opportunity here, and we’re looking for strong leaders to help us bring it to life.

Who we are

An old institution in a new home.
A small school with big university resources.

WVU TECH

For more than 120 years, we have been building a powerful reputation for academic rigor and for producing graduates with real-world skills. While our faculty enjoy an environment that encourages research and professional development, our primary focus is on classroom instruction and ushering our students into successful careers.

In 2017, we completed a historic transition, moving our entire campus from Montgomery to Beckley, West Virginia. With a new location and new facilities, we have the opportunity to fulfill our mission with renewed purpose.

THE WVU SYSTEM

WVU Tech is part of the WVU system of campuses, which includes the flagship campus in Morgantown and the Potomac State College campus in Keyser, West Virginia. We're a bachelor degree-granting institution on the WVU Beckley Campus, where we operate alongside WVU programs such as the LaunchLab and Extension Service

This means our students enjoy a small, close-knit environment with access to the system's vast academic, networking and career-readiness resources.
