Obtaining a permit

Employees must submit the payroll deduction form and permit application (with original signatures) to the WVU Tech Office of Student Accounts by May 15 or by August 15. The forms will be processed in two batches based upon the deadline cut off dates.

Permit distribution

Permits will be mailed to the preferred mailing address that you supply on the permit application. There will be a two-week grace period at the beginning of the fall term. Ticketing/parking enforcement for lack of parking permit will not occur on the Beckley campus during the Summer 2017 term and will not begin for the fall term until September 1, 2017.

If you have further questions concerning this new parking permit process, please contact the WVU Tech Office of Student Accounts at 304.442.3176.
