ONE STOP SHOP
The One Stop Shop provides students with one location to seek support in the areas of student accounts, registrar services, financial aid and ID services. The One Stop Shop is located in the Benedum Center at 609 South Kanawha Street. (Campus Map)
PARKING PERMITS (Students)
Beginning June 1,
2017, students will be able to purchase parking permits online at transportation.wvu.edu
Please follow these steps to purchase a parking permit.
1. Visit transportation.wvu.edu
2. Select Parking
3. Proceed to Permit Purchase
4. Select Add/Edit Waitlist
5. Login with WVU credentials (MIX login)
6. Before you can proceed, you must then check “Agree,” then “Next” to continue
7. Select Commuter or Resident permit (this information will be verified by WVU Parking)
8. The request will be reviewed and, if approved, you will receive a “Right to Purchase” email with the steps outlined to make payment for your permit.
Once you have purchased a parking permit, they will be available within 7-10 business days for pick-up at the following location:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Permits are $70.00/year.
Permits for the 2017-2018 academic year are valid from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
Temporary parking passes for students will be made available (as needed) by the Office of Student Accounts while they wait for their official permit to arrive.
There will be a two-week grace period at the beginning of the fall term. Ticketing/parking enforcement for lack of parking permit will not occur on the Beckley campus during the Summer 2017 term and will not begin for the Fall 2017 term until September 1, 2017.

EMPLOYEE UPDATES
CAMPUS MAIL SERVICES
Montgomery mail service will be forwarded to the 410 Neville Street address beginning June 1. Intercampus mail service will continue by the Facilities Management office three days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) until June 1. All areas and departments will use 410 Neville Street as the centralized mailing address as USPS will not deliver to any other address on campus. Mail delivery in Beckley will come centrally to 410 Neville and will be delivered by internal mail service to the houses and mail centers in each of the buildings. The default address in Mountaineer Marketplace will be changed to 410 Neville Street. Outgoing mail will continue to be placed in the outgoing box for distribution and mailing.
PARKING PERMITS (Employees)
Fees/Payment
Parking permits are $70/year and employees will pay for permits via a pre-tax payroll deduction. Employees will complete a payroll deduction form and a permit application for their parking permits.
Obtaining a permit
Employees must submit the payroll deduction form and permit application (with original signatures) to the WVU Tech Office of Student Accounts by May 15 or by August 15. The forms will be processed in two batches based upon the deadline cut off dates.
Permit distribution
Permits will be mailed to the preferred mailing address that you supply on the permit application. There will be a two-week grace period at the beginning of the fall term.
