It starts at 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

Committee Members come early around 3:30pm to 3:45pm

Social Security Number

· We need to confirm the available date and time for new students and van to do their social security number at Social Security Department in Charleston.

General Meeting

We are planning to set up a general meeting on Fridays around 3:30pm.

Incoming Activities:

We are going to have a pool party on September 3, 2004 (Friday) at 7pm to 9pm.

We will go to Hawk Nest State Park on September 5, 2004 (Sunday) on the Labor Day weekend.

5> Plan for Fall 2004

· We plan to have several activities for the Fall Semester. The activities we plan are:

Places for visiting – State parks like Hawk Nest State Parks, Kanawha State Park, Tamarack, etc.

Activities like Gandhi Day, Deepavali, shopping, skiing and bowling.

Short speeches about campus safety, health & medical insurance, counseling, employment and student services support.
