you changed your status after coming to the U.S.:

Before you leave the U.S., notify International
Student Services at WVU Tech that you plan to transfer. We

with the name of the new school noted on it.

at the port of entry your passport, the I-20 form from the new
school and your financial documentation.
If you have a valid (unexpired,
multiple-entry) visa in the status you will hold at the
new school:

Notify International Student Services at WVU
Tech that you plan to transfer. We will then enter a release
date in SEVIS so that the new school can access your records
and issue an I-20.

re-enter the U.S. with the new school's I-20and financial
documentation. Point out to the immigration officer at the
port of entry that upon this entry you are transferring to a
different institution.
