The Career Services Office and the Community and Technical College at WVU Institute of Technology invite you to participate in our Career Day/Expo 2006 program. This annual event, scheduled for Wednesday, October 18, and Thursday, October 19, 2006, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in the Tech Center Ballroom, will provide you an opportunity to discuss various employment options and/or share information about your company, agency, and industry with hundreds of WVU Tech students.

A large number of employers attend this event each year; therefore, we request that you reserve table space for the one day that best fits your schedule. Students seeking employment will be encouraged to dress for success and bring resumes. Career Day/Expo is a time when students can obtain information supporting their career decisions and a time when employers can recruit potential employees.

Again, we are asking participating employers to assist with expenses related to this event. Therefore, at the time of registration, employers will receive an invoice for $60. These funds will be used to support a number of services for students throughout the year and will provide employers: (1) A covered table (2) A student accessible, on-line listing of participating employer websites and contact information (3) Unlimited on-line access to the WVU Tech eRecruiting database of students seeking employment and (4) Refreshments and (5) Lunch for two employer representatives. For employers planning to bring more than two representatives, additional lunch tickets will be available for the reduced cost of $5 each.
