(Visitation in these areas is 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. During the judging period, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., no one but exhibitors and judges are to be in these areas.)

Judging – Students must be present at their Investigatory
project exhibits during this time (unless they are giving a symposium) so the
students can answer the judges’ questions.
If the student is not present, the project may be disqualified.
12:30-1:30
Lunch (The Biology Club will run a concession stand for the student
participants to purchase lunch. Or
the students may use the nearby restaurants.)

Teachers and Sponsors Meeting – Meet with the fair director to
help determine next year’s date and air any problems, complaints, etc.
Lunch will be provided if funding is available.

Olympiad Events
4:00 p.m.

p.m.
Pack-up all exhibits. Exhibit areas will be locked at 5:30 p.m. and
reopened following the awards presentation. Do not remove exhibits before 5:00
p.m.
5:30 p.m. Awards ceremony
Students do not have to be present to win but they do need someone there
to pick up their prizes (classmates, teachers, or parents).
