Recognizes "the best use of photographic images or digital image processing to gather data, solve a problem, or clearly explain the essence of a science project."
Winners at the regional fair will receive Certificates of Recognition, a One-time use "digital" camera (I think these are cameras that use film but include a cd when you you develop them) for the student and a camera for the sponsoring teacher.
All photos used on the display must include photo credits so the judges can determine which photos were taken by the student and whether the project is eligible for this award.
