Project must be entered in Behavioral and Social Sciences category.
Projects will be graded on the following criteria:
Literature Review: Comprehensive review of literature, including at least six well-chosen sources, quality analysis of the literature, clear communication of information, demonstration of grasp of the topic, accurate use of APA style in citations and reference.
Hypothesis and Method: clearly communicated and tied to literature research, sampling methods clearly explains and are appropriate, instruments are appropriate, Procedure and design are appropriate and related to literature review, procedure is innovative, addresses the issue of prior approval and informed consent if human subjects are used (must have prior approval from a IRB or SRC).
Results: Appropriate methods of data analysis are employed, results are presented clearly and in appropriate format, effective use of graphs and charts.
Discussion Reasonable conclusions are drawn from the data, limitations of findings are recognized and discussed, appropriate suggestions are given for further research.
