Please use this secure form to request that the Regents BA Coordinator review your current WVU Tech transcript and generate a Status Report that details where you stand with respect to the Regents BA graduation requirements.  If you have taken courses at other institutions, be sure that copies of transcripts of that work have been sent directly to the WVU Tech Office of Admissions and Records and have been posted to your WVU Tech transcript before completing this form.

After receiving this information, the Regents BA Coordinator with request a copy of your transcript and generate the Status Report.  The Status Report will be sent to you via E-mail as an Adobe Acrobat format document.
