Throughout the events on Saturday, Commander-in-Chief Tom Pile and his Great Kanawha River Navy, will dock at Tech Marina on Route 60, one quarter mile west of the Earl M. Vickers Bridge, and will offer ‘shuttle’ service to Tech.
