Formats: Electronic ads should be submitted in TIFF or JPG format. We can try PDF format, but can't guarantee print quality. We can scan paper ads. The paper is usually printed in black ink only. However, color ads will appear in color in the PDF version available on our web page.

Deadlines: Ads should be submitted by the Thursday before the publication date wanted.
