ASCE CANOE/BRIDGE CLASS

    ASCE Concrete Canoe / Steel Bridge class allows students to get credit for their participation. Students dedicate hundreds of hours towards the research and construction of these projects. 1 hour a week is required on Mondays from 5-6 where students together to complete a certain task whether it be on these two projects or other ASCE activities. Though, many other projects are still conducted throughout each week.

    Activities during the class also involve general ASCE activities. It is an excellent class for underclassmen and upper classmen to work together as a team and build stronger relationship between themselves and the faculty. In these days, we pass on the joy and the legacy of our successful student chapter.

    The class is a 1 hour credit which cannot be applied to your major but does award quality points. See the WVUTECH Catalog for more details on quality points as points are required for graduation.
